Know your shipping charges before placing an order! TrueShip is an exclusive ordering feature that provides accurate freight quotes upfront, with discounted shipping rates for distributors.

How it works:

  1. Enter your shipping address on the order confirmation page
  2. Choose a shipping method (UPS shipping methods only)
  3. View TrueShip costs and transit times before submitting your order

Exclusions:

  • FedEx, USPS and truck shipments not eligible
  • Orders over 50lbs not eligible
  • Multiple box shipments do not apply
  • Products without documented weights/dimensions not eligible
  • Collect and 3rd party accounts not eligible

  • $50.00 minimum order (before taxes and freight)
  • Must ship to U.S. destination

Conditions:

  • Some oversized and overweight products do not apply

  • Neuco will determine the carrier

Free shipping on orders of $3,000 or more!

Qualifications:

  • $3,000+ net order must ship to one location in the Continental U.S.
  • Ship Complete orders will ship for free
  • For non-Ship Complete orders, up to two shipments per purchase order ship free
  • Must request "NFA" at time of purchase
  • Neuco will determine the carrier
