Job Summary: The Buyer is responsible for executing purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities for assigned vendors and product lines.
- Maintain pricing agreements with supplies and systems accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing with operational needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of purchasing experience.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the SELT. This role plays a critical part in enabling executive effectiveness by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring leaders are well-prepared to focus on strategic priorities and business performance. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team and act as a key liaison across the organization. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage complex calendars for the SELT, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare executives for meetings by compiling agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate executive travel, including itineraries, accommodations, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Meeting & Board Support:
- Organize and support leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and executive offsites.
- Prepare meeting agendas, track decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Provide administrative support for Board of Directors and committee meetings, as applicable.
- Attend and record minutes.
- Operational & Administrative Coordination:
- Assist with the preparation of executive-level presentations, reports, and business summaries.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for executive documentation and records.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism:
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point) and experience with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate executive needs and operate in-dependently.
Education and Experience/ Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior executives in a mid-to-large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay Rate (depending on qualifications and experience): $33.65 - $40.87 per hour
